The Duluth Workforce Development Board is hosting a webinar series to support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts related to hiring and training employees.
The series will include four virtual workshops:
May 12 | 9:00 – 10:30 a.m. — Where to start with DEI
June 2 | 9:00 – 10:30 a.m. — What does an inclusive workplace look like?
Sept. 29 | 9:00 – 10:30 a.m. — Hiring and onboarding best practices
Oct. 27 | 9:00 – 10:30 a.m. — Retaining your diverse team
HR staff, hiring managers, supervisors, and other business and organization leaders are encouraged to attend and be part of a community cohort of champions leading DEI efforts.
