They provide guidance and insights that give mentees perspective both personally and professionally. Most importantly, mentors can help mentees realize where they want to go in their careers — and even help them get there.
With NORTHFORCE’s Mentor Connection, each participating student is matched with a locally established professional who then introduces them to the Twin Ports business community while preparing them for a job within their shared field of interest. Through Mentor Connection, Mentors have the opportunity to:
