NORTHFORCE Adds Development Consultant to Serve Greater Northeast Minnesota
NORTHFORCE, the Northland’s talent community, is pleased to announce the hiring of Stephanie Skraba as its new Greater Northeast Minnesota Development Consultant.
Stephanie is NORTHFORCE’s first consultant to be based on the Iron Range and will work to strengthen connections between businesses and job-seekers in the northern reaches of the 10-county NORTHFORCE area.
Stephanie has over 11 years of experience in higher education, including leadership, financial aid, and enrollment management. She is an adjunct faculty member at a local community college, where she teaches Principles of Marketing. Stephanie holds a Master’s of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development with a minor in General Business. She was raised in a family business on the Iron Range and is passionate about economic development in Northern Minnesota. Stephanie is a board member of Chisholm Food Shelf, volunteers with United Way of Northeastern Minnesota, Hibbing Salvation Army, state and regional financial aid conference planning committees, and First Lutheran Church of Hibbing.

Stephanie joins Krissy Johnson, who serves as the Twin Ports Strategy & Development Consultant, on the NORTHFORCE team.
