Bullying behavior costs organizations millions of dollars in turnover costs and lost productivity and causes extensive damage to the careers and mental health of those targeted. In this session, learn how to recognize the behaviors of workplace bullying, why bullying cannot be managed like normal workplace conflict, and tips for individuals and organizations to protect themselves from this destructive behavior.
